We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or partially used nail accessories.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
