1. Order Processing Time
Because many of our products are handmade or custom-made, orders require processing time before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers throughout the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service and local regulations.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country or region.
- Order weight and dimensions.
- Selected shipping method.
Promotional free shipping offers may be available during special events or campaigns.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Tammy Nguyen Nail Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.
- Lost packages should be reported to both the carrier and our support team.
- Stolen packages marked as delivered are generally not eligible for refund.
- Weather conditions, holidays, customs inspections, or carrier issues may cause delays.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before production or shipment begins.
Once production has started, especially for custom-made nail sets, cancellations may no longer be possible.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged packaging.
- Photos of the damaged products.
We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
